Medulin, new luxury project in a quiet part, CONSTRUCTION STARTED

In a quiet part of Medulin we offer a new modern project with apartments, 150 meters from the church and 1.5 km from the beach. The project consists of three buildings (A, B, C), each with three floors, floors P + 2, and on each floor will be one apartment. The buildings will be located in a quiet area surrounded by family houses and smaller apartment buildings.

These are apartments with two bedrooms + living area, each with storage inside the apartment, and with two outdoor parking spaces in front of the building. The apartments on the ground floor have gardens and a swimming pool which are included in the total price of the apartment.
